Jamgon Kongtrul
Jamgon Kongtrul was a prominent Tibetan Buddhist master and scholar born in 1813. He is best known for his role in the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism and for his efforts in preserving and systematizing Buddhist teachings. His works include the "Five Great Treasuries," which encompass various aspects of Buddhist philosophy, practice, and ritual.
