Jamadagni
Jamadagni is a revered sage in Hindu mythology, known for his wisdom and powerful abilities. He is one of the seven great sages, or Saptarishis, and is often associated with the Rigveda. Jamadagni is recognized as the father of Parashurama, an important figure in Hindu epics, who is known for his martial prowess and commitment to dharma.
Jamadagni is also famous for his divine cow, Kamadhenu, which could fulfill any wish. His life story often highlights themes of sacrifice, devotion, and the consequences of anger, particularly in relation to his interactions with his family and the challenges posed by the Kshatriya class.
