Jacques Demy
Jacques Demy was a French film director and screenwriter, known for his unique style that blended realism with fantasy. Born on June 5, 1931, in {Pointe-à-Pitre}, {Guadeloupe}, he became a prominent figure in the French New Wave cinema movement.
