Italian Middle School
Italian Middle School, known as Scuola Secondaria di Primo Grado, typically serves students aged 11 to 14. It follows five years of Scuola Primaria and prepares students for Scuola Secondaria di Secondo Grado, or high school. The curriculum includes subjects like Italian, Mathematics, Science, and History, along with foreign languages.
Students are assessed through a combination of classwork, tests, and a final exam at the end of the third year. The focus is on developing critical thinking and social skills, as well as fostering a sense of community among peers. Extracurricular activities are also encouraged.
