Italian League
The Italian League, officially known as Serie A, is the top professional football league in Italy. It features 20 teams that compete annually for the championship title. Founded in 1898, Serie A is known for its rich history and has produced many legendary players and clubs, including AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Juventus.
The league operates on a promotion and relegation system with Serie B, the second tier of Italian football. Each season, teams play 38 matches, facing each opponent twice, once at home and once away. The team with the most points at the end of the season is crowned the champion.
