Islamic community
An Islamic community, often referred to as a Ummah, is a group of individuals who share the faith of Islam. This community is bound by shared beliefs, practices, and values derived from the teachings of the Qur'an and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad. Members of the Ummah support one another in their spiritual journeys and often gather for communal prayers, especially during significant events like Ramadan.
Islamic communities can be found worldwide, encompassing diverse cultures and languages. They often engage in charitable activities, promote social justice, and provide support to those in need. The sense of belonging and mutual responsibility is a key aspect of life within an Islamic community.
