Islamic Ethics
Islamic ethics refers to the moral principles and values derived from the teachings of Islam, primarily found in the Qur'an and the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad. These ethics emphasize the importance of justice, honesty, compassion, and respect for others, guiding Muslims in their daily lives and interactions.
Central to Islamic ethics is the concept of Taqwa, or God-consciousness, which encourages individuals to act in accordance with divine guidance. Additionally, the principles of Sharia, or Islamic law, provide a framework for ethical behavior, addressing issues such as family, business, and social justice within the Muslim community.
