Isha Prayer
The Isha Prayer is the fifth and final obligatory prayer in the daily Islamic practice, performed after sunset. It is one of the five daily prayers, known as Salah, and is significant for Muslims as it marks the end of the day’s worship. The prayer consists of four units, called Rak'ahs, and can be performed individually or in congregation.
The timing for the Isha Prayer begins when the twilight disappears and lasts until midnight. It is a time for reflection and connection with Allah, allowing Muslims to seek guidance and forgiveness. Many also recite additional prayers, such as Tahajjud, during this time for further spiritual benefit.
