Isa ibn Maryam, known as Jesus in Christianity, is a significant figure in Islam. He is regarded as a prophet and messenger of Allah, born to the Virgin Maryam (Mary) through a miraculous birth. Muslims believe that he performed miracles, such as healing the sick and raising the dead, by the permission of Allah. In Islamic teachings, Isa is not considered the son of God but rather a revered prophet who conveyed Allah's message to the people. He is also believed to have foretold the coming of Muhammad, the final prophet in Islam. Isa is expected to return before the Day of Judgment to restore justice and defeat falsehood.
