Ironman Events
Ironman Events are long-distance triathlons organized by the World Triathlon Corporation. Each event consists of a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bike ride, and a 26.2-mile (42.20 km) marathon run, completed in that order. Athletes must finish the race within a specific time limit, typically 17 hours.
These events are held in various locations around the world, attracting both professional and amateur athletes. Participants often train for months or even years to prepare for the physical and mental challenges of completing an Ironman. The races promote endurance, resilience, and a strong sense of community among competitors.
