Interstate 90
Interstate 90, often abbreviated as I-90, is a major transcontinental highway in the United States. It stretches approximately 3,020 miles from Seattle, Washington in the west to Boston, Massachusetts in the east, making it the longest interstate highway in the country. I-90 passes through 13 states, including Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, and New York.
The highway was established as part of the Eisenhower Interstate System in 1956 and serves as a vital transportation route for both commercial and personal travel. Along its route, I-90 connects numerous cities, such as Chicago, Illinois and Cleveland, Ohio, and offers scenic views of diverse landscapes, including mountains, plains, and lakes.
