Implicit Learning
Implicit learning is a type of learning that occurs without conscious awareness. It involves acquiring knowledge or skills through exposure to information or experiences, rather than through explicit instruction. This process often happens naturally, such as when a person picks up a language or social cues without actively trying to learn them.
An example of implicit learning is how children learn to speak. They absorb the rules and patterns of their native language simply by listening to others, rather than being taught grammar explicitly. This form of learning is often contrasted with explicit learning, where information is intentionally studied and memorized.
