Ibe Kachikwu is a Nigerian lawyer and businessman who served as the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources from 2015 to 2019. He played a significant role in the Nigerian oil and gas sector, focusing on reforms and improving the efficiency of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). Before his ministerial role, Kachikwu was the Group Managing Director of NNPC and held various positions in the oil industry, including at ExxonMobil.
