IQOS
IQOS is a heated tobacco product developed by Philip Morris International. Unlike traditional cigarettes, which burn tobacco, IQOS heats tobacco sticks called HEETS to release a vapor containing nicotine. This process aims to reduce harmful chemicals typically produced by combustion.
The device consists of a holder and a charger. Users insert a HEETS stick into the holder, which heats it to a controlled temperature. This method is marketed as a less harmful alternative to smoking, although health experts continue to debate its safety and long-term effects.
