INS Teg
INS Teg is a stealth frigate of the Indian Navy, commissioned in 2012. It is part of the Talwar-class and is designed for multi-role operations, including anti-surface, anti-air, and anti-submarine warfare. The ship is equipped with advanced sensors and weaponry, enhancing its combat capabilities.
The frigate has a displacement of around 3,500 tons and can reach speeds of over 30 knots. INS Teg is also capable of carrying a helicopter, which extends its operational range. Its design incorporates stealth features, making it harder to detect by enemy radar systems.
