ICC KnockOut Trophy
The ICC KnockOut Trophy was a limited-overs cricket tournament organized by the International Cricket Council (ICC). It was first held in 1998 and featured teams from around the world competing in a knockout format. The tournament aimed to provide an exciting platform for international teams to showcase their skills in a shorter format of the game.
The KnockOut Trophy was played every two years until 2006, after which it was replaced by the ICC Champions Trophy. The inaugural tournament took place in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and South Africa emerged as the first champion by defeating West Indies in the final.
