Hubert Humphrey
Hubert Humphrey was an American politician who served as the 38th Vice President of the United States from 1965 to 1969 under President Lyndon B. Johnson. He was a prominent member of the Democratic Party and played a significant role in advocating for civil rights and social welfare programs during the 1960s.
