Honorius
Honorius was a Roman Emperor who ruled from 393 to 423 AD. He was the son of Theodosius I and became emperor at a young age after his father's death. His reign was marked by the decline of the Western Roman Empire, facing challenges such as invasions by various tribes.
During his rule, Honorius moved the capital of the Western Roman Empire from Milan to Ravenna, seeking better defenses. His leadership is often criticized for being ineffective, as he struggled to manage the empire's military and political issues, leading to further instability in the region.
