Holographic Memories
Holographic memories refer to a theoretical concept in which memories are stored in a way that resembles a hologram. This means that instead of being stored in specific locations in the brain, memories are distributed throughout the neural network. When a person recalls a memory, the brain reconstructs it from various parts, similar to how a hologram can be viewed from different angles.
This idea is often associated with the work of David Bohm, a physicist who proposed that the universe operates in a holographic manner. Holographic memory theories suggest that our experiences and knowledge are interconnected, allowing for a more complex understanding of how we remember and learn.
