Hogwarts houses
Hogwarts houses are four distinct groups at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, each representing different values and traits. The houses are Gryffindor, known for bravery; Hufflepuff, valued for loyalty and hard work; Ravenclaw, which prizes intelligence and creativity; and Slytherin, associated with ambition and cunning. Students are sorted into houses upon their arrival at the school, influencing their friendships and experiences.
Each house has its own common room and dormitories, fostering a sense of community among its members. The houses compete for the House Cup throughout the school year, earning points for good behavior and achievements while losing points for rule-breaking.
