Hitler's Berghof
Hitler's Berghof was a retreat located in the Bavarian Alps, near the town of Berchtesgaden, Germany. Built in the 1920s, it served as a residence for Adolf Hitler and a meeting place for high-ranking officials of the Nazi Party. The site offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains and was designed to reflect Hitler's personal tastes and interests.
The Berghof became a significant location during World War II, where important military decisions were made. After the war, the retreat was largely destroyed by Allied bombing and later demolished, leaving only remnants of its former grandeur.
