Hillary Rodham Clinton
Hillary Rodham Clinton is an American politician, lawyer, and author. She served as the First Lady of the United States from 1993 to 2001 during the presidency of her husband, Bill Clinton. She later became a U.S. Senator from New York from 2001 to 2009 and served as Secretary of State under President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2013.
In 2016, Clinton ran for president as the Democratic nominee, becoming the first woman to be nominated for president by a major U.S. political party. Throughout her career, she has focused on issues such as women's rights, healthcare, and education.
