The High Line is a public park built on a historic freight rail line elevated above the streets of Manhattan, New York City. It stretches approximately 1.45 miles from Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District to West 34th Street in Hudson Yards. The park features walking paths, gardens, and art installations, providing a unique green space in an urban environment. Opened in 2009, the High Line was designed by James Corner Field Operations in collaboration with Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Joshua David.
