Heroes' Square
Heroes' Square is a significant public space located in Budapest, Hungary. It features the iconic Millennium Monument, which commemorates the 1,100th anniversary of the Magyar Conquest of the Carpathian Basin. The square is surrounded by two important buildings: the Museum of Fine Arts and the Hall of Art.
At the center of the square stands a column topped by a statue of Archangel Gabriel, who holds the Holy Crown of Hungary. The monument is flanked by statues of the leaders of the seven tribes that founded the nation. Heroes' Square serves as a popular gathering place for both locals and tourists.
