Herbig-Haro
Herbig-Haro objects are small regions of bright emission nebulae associated with newly formed stars. They are created when jets of gas ejected from young stars collide with surrounding gas and dust, producing shock waves that excite the material and cause it to glow.
These objects are typically found in star-forming regions, such as molecular clouds. They can vary in size and shape, often appearing as elongated structures or knots of gas. Herbig-Haro objects provide valuable insights into the processes of star formation and the dynamics of stellar jets.
