Henry Wellesley
Henry Wellesley, 1st Baron Wellesley, was a British diplomat and politician born on March 20, 1773. He was the younger brother of the famous military leader, Arthur Wellesley, the Duke of Wellington. Henry served in various diplomatic roles, including as the British Ambassador to Spain and the Governor-General of India, where he played a significant role in British colonial administration.
