Henry V of England was born on September 16, 1386, and became king in 1413. He is best known for his military successes during the Hundred Years' War against France. His most famous victory came at the Battle of Agincourt in 1415, where his forces, though outnumbered, defeated the French army.
Henry V was also known for his efforts to strengthen the English monarchy and improve governance. He implemented various reforms and promoted the use of the English language in official documents. His reign lasted until his death in 1422, after which he was succeeded by his infant son, Henry VI.
