Henry Pelham-Clinton
Henry Pelham-Clinton, 4th Duke of Newcastle, was a British nobleman born on July 2, 1795. He was a prominent politician and served as a member of the Whig Party. His political career included roles such as the Secretary of State for War and the Colonies, where he influenced military and colonial policies during the mid-19th century.
