Henry Morris
Henry Morris was an American engineer and creationist, best known for his role in the modern creation science movement. He co-authored the influential book, The Genesis Flood, in 1961, which argued for a literal interpretation of the Bible and promoted the idea that the Earth was shaped by a global flood.
Morris founded the Institute for Creation Research (ICR) in 1970, which aimed to promote scientific research that supports creationism. His work has had a significant impact on the debate between creationism and evolution, influencing many individuals and organizations that advocate for a creationist perspective in education and public policy.
