Henry FitzAlan, 8th Earl of Arundel
Henry FitzAlan, 8th Earl of Arundel (1512–1580), was a prominent English nobleman during the Tudor period. He was the son of Henry FitzAlan, 7th Earl of Arundel and inherited the title in 1544. As a member of the Arundel family, he played a significant role in the political landscape of England, particularly during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I.
FitzAlan was known for his loyalty to the crown and his involvement in various political matters. He served as a member of the Privy Council and was appointed to several important positions, including the Lord Lieutenant of Sussex.
