Hayam Wuruk's Reign
Hayam Wuruk was the fourth king of the Majapahit Empire, ruling from 1350 to 1389. His reign is often considered a golden age for the empire, marked by territorial expansion and cultural flourishing. Under his leadership, Majapahit reached its greatest extent, encompassing much of present-day Indonesia and parts of Southeast Asia.
During Hayam Wuruk's rule, the empire experienced significant advancements in trade, art, and literature. He was supported by his prime minister, Gajah Mada, who played a crucial role in consolidating power and promoting the empire's influence.
