Hangul Syllables
Hangul syllables are the building blocks of the Korean writing system, consisting of a combination of consonants and vowels. Each syllable is formed by arranging these letters in a specific structure, typically starting with a consonant followed by a vowel. For example, the syllable "가" is made up of the consonant "ㄱ" and the vowel "ㅏ."
There are 14 basic consonants and 10 basic vowels in Hangul, allowing for the creation of numerous syllables. Syllables can also include additional consonants at the end, known as final consonants, which add variety to the language. This systematic approach makes Hangul easy to learn and use.
