Halley
Halley is a famous comet that orbits the Sun approximately every 76 years. It was named after the astronomer Edmond Halley, who calculated its orbit in 1705. Halley's Comet is one of the most well-known comets and can be seen from Earth with the naked eye when it approaches the Sun.
The last time Halley's Comet was visible from Earth was in 1986, and it is expected to return in 2061. This comet is notable for its bright appearance and long tail, which forms as it gets closer to the Sun and the heat causes its icy nucleus to release gas and dust.
