HID Lights
HID lights, or High-Intensity Discharge lights, are a type of artificial lighting that produces a bright, intense light by passing an electric current through a gas-filled tube. They are commonly used in automotive headlights, streetlights, and stadium lighting due to their high efficiency and long lifespan compared to traditional incandescent bulbs.
These lights work by creating an arc between two electrodes, which excites the gas inside the bulb, resulting in a powerful light output. HID lights are available in various color temperatures, measured in Kelvin, allowing users to choose between different hues, such as cool white or warm yellow.
