Gyeongsang
Gyeongsang is a historical region located in the southeastern part of South Korea. It is divided into two provinces: Gyeongsangbuk-do (North Gyeongsang) and Gyeongsangnam-do (South Gyeongsang). The region is known for its rich cultural heritage, including traditional music, dance, and festivals. Major cities in Gyeongsang include Daegu and Busan, which are important economic and cultural centers.
The Gyeongsang region is also famous for its beautiful landscapes, including mountains, rivers, and coastal areas. The Nakdong River, the longest river in South Korea, flows through this region. Additionally, Gyeongsang is home to several historical sites, such as the ancient city of Gyeongju, which was the capital of the Silla Kingdom.
