Gunshots
Gunshots are the sounds produced when a firearm, such as a pistol or rifle, is discharged. This noise results from the rapid expansion of gases created by the burning gunpowder inside the cartridge. The bullet is propelled out of the barrel at high speed, and the sound can vary based on factors like the type of firearm, the ammunition used, and the environment.
The sound of a gunshot can be described as a sharp, loud bang. It can travel long distances, especially in open areas, and may be heard as a single shot or a series of shots in quick succession. In some cases, the sound can be muffled by silencers or suppressors, which are devices designed to reduce the noise produced when a gun is fired.
