Grout Application
Grout application is the process of filling the spaces between tiles to create a finished look and provide stability. Grout is a mixture of water, cement, and sometimes sand, which hardens to fill gaps and prevent moisture from seeping underneath the tiles. It is essential for both aesthetic appeal and structural integrity in tiled surfaces.
To apply grout, the mixture is spread over the tiled area using a grout float, ensuring it fills all joints. After allowing it to set for a short time, excess grout is wiped away with a damp sponge. Finally, the grout is left to cure, enhancing the durability of the tiled surface.
