Grooves (Tracks)
Grooves, or tracks, refer to the physical indentations found on vinyl records that store audio information. These grooves spiral from the outer edge to the center of the record, allowing a needle to read the vibrations and convert them into sound. Each groove represents a different sound wave, capturing music or spoken word in a tangible format.
In the context of digital music, tracks are individual pieces of audio that can be played, downloaded, or streamed. They are often part of a larger collection, such as an album, and can be categorized by genre, artist, or length. Vinyl records, digital music, and albums are all related concepts in the world of audio.
