Great Morava
The Great Morava is a significant river in Serbia, flowing for about 185 kilometers. It is formed by the confluence of the South Morava and the West Morava rivers. This river is an important waterway for the region, contributing to agriculture and transportation.
The Great Morava eventually joins the Danube River near the town of Smederevo. Its basin supports diverse ecosystems and is vital for local wildlife. The river also has historical significance, as it has been a key route for trade and cultural exchange throughout the centuries in the Balkans.
