Great Buddha of Kamakura
The Great Buddha of Kamakura is a monumental bronze statue located in Kamakura, Japan. Completed in 1252, it stands approximately 13.35 meters tall and weighs around 93 tons. The statue represents Amitābha Buddha, a central figure in Mahayana Buddhism, and is an important cultural and historical symbol in Japan.
