Grand Canyon Skywalk
The Grand Canyon Skywalk is a horseshoe-shaped glass bridge located at the edge of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. It extends 70 feet beyond the canyon's rim, offering visitors stunning views of the canyon floor, which is about 4,000 feet below. The structure is designed to support the weight of many visitors at once and provides a unique perspective of the natural beauty surrounding it.
Opened in 2007, the Skywalk is part of the Hualapai Indian Reservation and is managed by the Hualapai Tribe. Visitors must purchase tickets to access the Skywalk, and photography is restricted on the bridge to ensure safety and preserve the experience.
