Golden Altar
The "Golden Altar," also known as the Altar of Incense, is a significant object in the Tabernacle and later in the Temple of Jerusalem. It was made of acacia wood and overlaid with pure gold, symbolizing purity and divinity. The altar was used for burning incense, which represented the prayers of the people ascending to God.
Located in the Holy Place, the Golden Altar stood before the Holy of Holies, where the Ark of the Covenant was kept. Its design included horns on each corner, and it was an essential part of the daily rituals performed by the priests in ancient Israelite worship.
