Goddess Sharada
Goddess Sharada, also known as Saraswati, is revered in Hinduism as the goddess of knowledge, music, art, wisdom, and learning. She is often depicted as a beautiful woman dressed in white, symbolizing purity, and is usually shown playing the veena, a traditional musical instrument. Her four arms represent the four aspects of human personality: mind, intellect, alertness, and ego.
Sharada is particularly worshipped in the Indian state of Kashmir, where she is considered the presiding deity of the Sharada Peeth temple, an ancient site of learning. Devotees seek her blessings for education and enlightenment, making her an important figure in the pursuit of knowledge and creativity.
