Goalball
Goalball is a team sport designed for athletes with visual impairments. It is played on a rectangular court with a goal at each end. Teams consist of three players who take turns rolling a ball, which contains bells, toward the opposing team's goal. The objective is to score by getting the ball past the defenders.
Players wear blindfolds to ensure a fair competition, as some may have partial sight. The game emphasizes sound, as players listen for the ball and communicate with teammates. Matches are played in two halves, and the team with the most goals at the end wins.
