Ginger Rogers
Ginger Rogers was an American actress, singer, and dancer, born on July 16, 1911, in Independence, Missouri. She is best known for her iconic film partnership with Fred Astaire, with whom she starred in a series of successful musicals during the 1930s. Rogers won an Academy Award for Best Actress in 1940 for her role in the film Kitty Foyle.
Throughout her career, Rogers appeared in over 70 films and was celebrated for her talent and versatility. In addition to her film work, she also performed on stage and television, earning acclaim for her contributions to the entertainment industry. She passed away on April 25, 1995.
