Giant in "The BFG" by Roald Dahl
In Roald Dahl's book, "The BFG," the main character is a giant known as the Big Friendly Giant. Unlike other giants, he is gentle and kind. He enjoys collecting dreams and sharing them with children, helping them have sweet dreams at night.
The BFG lives in a faraway land called Giant Country, where he is surrounded by other giants who are much larger and more fearsome. These giants are known for being mean and eating humans, which makes the BFG feel lonely. He befriends a young girl named Sophie, and together they embark on adventures to stop the other giants.
