George Grey, 1st Baron Grey de Wilton
George Grey, 1st Baron Grey de Wilton (c. 1550–1614) was an English nobleman and soldier. He served as a prominent military leader during the late 16th century, particularly known for his role in the Nine Years' War in Ireland. Grey was appointed as the Lord Deputy of Ireland, where he worked to maintain English control over the region.
