George, Marquess of Milford Haven
George, Marquess of Milford Haven, was a British nobleman born on 6th June 1892. He was the son of Prince Louis of Battenberg and Princess Victoria of Hesse. George served in the Royal Navy during World War I and later held various ceremonial roles, including Lord Lieutenant of Berkshire.
In 1921, he was granted the title of Marquess of Milford Haven. George was known for his contributions to public life and his involvement in charitable organizations. He passed away on 8th August 1970, leaving a legacy tied to the House of Battenberg and the British royal family.
