General Rafael Urdaneta Bridge
The General Rafael Urdaneta Bridge is a significant cable-stayed bridge located in Venezuela. It spans the Lake Maracaibo, connecting the cities of Maracaibo and La Paz. Completed in 1962, the bridge is named after Rafael Urdaneta, a prominent Venezuelan military leader and politician.
Measuring approximately 8.7 kilometers (5.4 miles) in length, the bridge is one of the longest in Latin America.
