General Assembly Sessions
The General Assembly is one of the six main organs of the United Nations, where all member states come together to discuss and coordinate on international issues. Each year, the assembly holds sessions to address topics such as peace and security, development, and human rights. These sessions provide a platform for countries to express their views and collaborate on solutions.
During a General Assembly Session, representatives from each member state participate in debates, propose resolutions, and vote on various matters. The sessions typically occur annually, starting in September, and last for several months, allowing for ongoing discussions and negotiations among nations.
